Katie created 'Empowher' to make a difference in the fitness industry because it was and is surrounded by a ton of complete nonsense. Katie wanted to empower women to get back into the best shape of their lives without the misery or the restriction. Empowher was established back in 2018 and we have changed over 3,000 womens lives since then and will continue to do so. Katie has a mission to be the biggest and the best online specialization for fatloss in women over 30 in the world.

Katie is the CEO/Founder of Empowher but behind the scenes we have a team of the best experts in the world helping our clients from health coaches, mindset coaches, hormonal.. the list goes on. We want the best of the best for our clients and we know that runs much deeper than just a workout or food plan.

How much does it cost to work with you?

Cost really depends on a variety of things such as time frame and payment route because we tailor everything specific to the client. We offer different payment plans depending on whether it's upfront, monthly, affirm etc.

How long is the program?

Working with us is a minimum commitment of 3-6 months.

Yes, we offer payment plans and monthly options. We also work with third party options such as affirm and credit loans etc.

Do you offer meal plans or nutritional advice?

Yes, nutrition is one of the most important aspects in our coaching. We will be working closely with you to set you up on a nutritional protocol that's sustainable for your current lifestyle.

Can I start within a few weeks?

Yes you can and another very common situation many of our clients decide to do is secure their place in our program with a deposit so they can get ready to start officially when they choose to.
