Your data is kept secure and is only accessible to authorized team members. We do not sell or share your personal information outside of our company. You may request to view or delete your information by contacting info@katieneesonfitness.com.
Our services are entirely digital. Once you enroll, you will receive:
A welcome and onboarding email within 24–48 hoursAccess to our private coaching platform or appAssignment of a personal coach and practitioner (if applicable)Customized training, nutrition, and hormone optimization plansWeekly coaching and private messaging supportAccess to relevant tools, resources, and client communities
If you do not receive onboarding materials within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact [your support email].
Due to the customized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.
Commitment Terms:
By enrolling in our coaching program, you agree to fulfill the full term of your agreement. Whether paying in full or via a payment plan, the total program amount remains due once your agreement is signed.
Early Termination:
Early cancellations are not permitted. Your participation is a commitment to the full program duration and total cost.
Medical Pauses:
Temporary program pauses may be granted only in the event of a verified medical emergency. Approval is at the discretion of ThickFit LLC. All payments remain due in full.
Ongoing Membership:
After your initial program term ends, your coaching may continue on a month-to-month basis. If you wish to cancel this ongoing membership, you must provide at least 30 days' notice in writing via WhatsApp or email prior to your next billing date.
Chargebacks & Disputes:
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes. Our agreement is legally binding and enforceable under California law.
